I’m so happy I found Mr. Fresh Carpet Care!! I found this company after a terrible experience with another carpet cleaning company that basically scammed me and did an awful job. From start to finish Mr. Fresh Carpet Care provided expert service and also fit me in last minute due to an upcoming move in date. They completely transformed our carpet and took up all the dirt and stains that the previous carpet company said wouldn’t come out. They even got the glue that was embedded in the carpet from runners out and I was shocked you can’t even tell it was there. The owner of the business broke down the step by step process of a quality carpet clean and even the science of the products used and how they interact with the carpet based on its materials etc. I not only walked away with amazingly clean carpets I also have a new understanding of how to care for our carpet because of how knowledgeable this company is! As a business owner, we need to make sure things keep running and can't afford down time. A pipe in the restroom started leaking which didn't get shut off for quite some time. There was a lot of standing water that could be contaminated and unhealthy. In came Mr. Russell to the rescue! He was able to dry up the mess and sanitize the entire bathroom in a very short time allowing us to get back to what we and our students do best, kicking and punching. Even working while we had classes in progress. Oh, and he even referred us a great plumber to fix the original issue! For quick response and excellent clean up Mr. Russell has a Black Belt.

I know they are more carpet/home and business related and I did have them do my area rugs before also, but I gave them a call recently for my daughters old car interior. It was what I would consider beyond repair as far as the carpets were concerned and the seats need a little work also and they did a great job and gave me a great time turn around as well. Not only did they wash the inside but as it was a car they took it on down for a car wash to have the outside just as sparkly.

It has been 2 weeks since they came to clean our carpet. We are a family with 5 dogs. We have had an open house. After all of this, the carpet STILL looks brand new! These guys are true professionals. They far exceeded my expectations. Very courteous, friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend them. I will be calling them again.

I don’t normally write reviews, but If I could rate Cha ‘Ron 100/10 I would. My roommates and I are having some issues with our new current landlord and Cha ‘Ron has been the most compassionate and genuine ally we could EVER ask for! I was hesitant at first because our landlord was the person who hired him to come and inspect our carpet (I suspected there was a build up of pet urine throughout.) Cha ‘Ron could have easily done a cleaning and carried on with his day, instead, he diagnosed the issue as severe and suggested to the landlord that the carpets and pads (as well as the tack strips and baseboards) be replaced. Mr. Fresh is one of those rare business owners who TRULY PUT PEOPLES BEST INTEREST FIRST -even if it means less profit for himself. Not only did he diagnose the severity of the issue, but he has gone above and beyond in terms of helping us sort through this mess. He is EXTREMELY knowledgable, helpful, and reliable. The owner (Che) is both an amazing person and also an amazing owner/operator!!!! He was fast and through no corners cut at all!!! Family owned and operated with him and his son. Came out on a Sunday all the way from Fairfield to the San Mateo.... on a Sunday at that. 100 out 10 I would both call on him and recommend him to clean any and floors in my house everytime!!!!!
